01. Send Your Design Files and Inspiration for Project Initiation
Send floorplans, inspirational images and AutoCAD files and/or sketchup files by email
02. Send Your Requirements for 3D Modelling and Visuals
Specify the number of images/ length of video required/areas to be modelled in 3d sketchup
03. Get a Personalized Estimate for Your Project
I will send you an estimate for approval

04. Approve the Estimate and Secure the Project with a 50% Deposit
Upon your approval, I will request a 50% payment (using stripe/credit card or PayPal).
05. Kickstart Your Project with a Standard 7-10 Day Turnaround
We begin working on your project. Standard turnaround time is 7–10 days. Expedite projects are available for an additional cost. Pls contact me for more info.
06. Review the Preliminary Draft and Share Your Thoughts
We will send the first draft for your feedback.
07. Fine-Tune Your Design with Included Minor Revisions
Make necessary revisions (1-2 minor revisions included).
08. Enjoy Complimentary Minor Revisions for Perfect Results
Send the finals for your approval.
09. Settle the Remaining Balance to Finalize Your Project
Request the remaining 50% payment due.
10. Unlock Your Unwatermarked Images
After payment, recipe, we send un watermarked images to you!

The 3d Modelling Estimate Is Based On My Hourly Rate Depending On The Level Of Detail You Require, Etc.

The Typical Turnaround Time Is 7-10 Days From Receipt Of The Initial 50% Retainer Payment And Receipt Of All Project Files.
