About Me
Hi, I’m Shanthi — a freelance 3D modelling, rendering, and drafting specialist providing flexible remote support to interior designers, architects, builders, and design teams.

With over 9 years of experience supporting residential and commercial projects, I help design professionals visualise concepts, communicate ideas clearly, and meet project deadlines through dependable remote support.
​
I hold an MS in Interior Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from Staffordshire University, giving me a strong understanding of both design intent and technical execution. I am also an Associate Member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), supporting continued industry connection and collaboration within the residential design and building community.

My services include custom SketchUp 3D modelling, photorealistic renderings, CAD construction documentation, millwork and interior elevations, virtual staging, product sourcing, presentation boards, panorama tours, and animation walkthroughs. I also provide e-design and decoration services for homeowners seeking flexible online design guidance, furnishing selections, layout assistance, and styling support.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated remotely with interior designers, architects, builders, and homeowners across the U.S. and internationally, providing project-based support that integrates seamlessly into existing workflows. I also oversee a small team of 3D artists and drafters to support larger project demands when needed.

I am also the creator of InteriAssist, a platform designed to connect interior designers with trusted remote drafting, rendering, and technical support services. Through the platform, designers can find flexible project-based assistance by filtering professionals based on timezone, availability, and software skills — making it easier to find the right support for their business needs.

In addition to project support, I provide online SketchUp tutoring and software training, with over 7 years of experience teaching through private sessions, group classes, and self-paced beginner courses.
